Authentic white drinking chocolate with intensive flavour and fine glaze. In contrast to traditional chocolate in the production of white chocolate (masse yvoire) the cocoa is extracted from the cocoa mass and only the left over cocoa butter is used together with milk elements and sugar. The extraction of white chocolate is therefore more costly.
