Why waste space for 4 appliances? The double-sided "Zest-Master" with 4-in-1 function is a handy kitchen gadget. It cuts food precisely preserving the whole precious aroma. The blades are made of stainless steel and they are very sharp, that's why both sides are protected by a removable plastic cap. The zester can be used very comfortably due to its ergonomic handle.
1) Grater: wafer-thin cutting. The grater cuts not only citrus fruits, but also spices, chocolate, garlic, ginger, etc.
2) Threads cutter: zester with 5 sharpened holes for making long, fine strips. The white, bitter part of the pericarp doesn't get damaged.
3) Engraving knife: single blade for wider and thicker strips. Ideally suited for cutting out decorative or notches and working out decorative lines on fruit and vegetables.

Care instructions: Zest-Master is not dishwasher safe because the fine blades can be damaged during the wash cycle. We recommend hand washing with warm water and a little detergent. Then dry.
