Since 3 years now NOAN produces an exquisite olive oil extra virgin together with Greek organic farmers: made of pure Amfissa olive, native of the peninsula of Pilion, the "Tuscany of Greece". The Pilion is held in especially high repute due to its unspoiled nature: an attractive Mediterranean landscape with lonely bays, sumptuous forests and friendly people, ideal for discoverers and gourmets far from mass tourism's flows.
Our farmers take care and costly cultivate their mostly small olive groves and harvest with great care only the best olives. Within few hours the olives are hand-picked again in a local oil mill and then pressed to our fantastic fresh NOAN CLASSIC.
Harmony of purity
Flos Olei, the internationally renown guide for olive oils, elected NOAN CLASSIC in his edition 2012 to the worldwide best Greek oil. NOAN Classic is available in elegant white design in a 250 ml tin or in a 5 litre pot. Loyal to the NOAN philosophy, NOAN CLASSIC is produced especially looking after the NOAN typical quality criterions in consideration of organic sustainable farming: purity, cold extraction and quickest possible processing.

Notes of artichoke, Mediterranean wild herbs, basil, bay leaf and black pepper produce an extraordinary bouquet. At the palate you experience a delicate bitterness which reminds about green tomato and lamb's lettuce and which flows into a continuous sweetness like of almond and of basil. A pleasant tanginess rounds the flavour off."
Thanks to its balanced bouquet of aroma NOAN CLASSIC goes with all food, especially with:

- all lettuces and other vegetables
