Vergnano 1882 Espresso Gold Edition was created to celebrate the 120-year anniversary of Caffè Vergnano and includes 6 of the finest Arabica beans in the world. Among others, the largest arabica coffee beans in the world, Nicaragua Maragogype, which are about 40% larger than traditional beans and are also called "elephant bean". These red beans grow on top of the coffee plant and ripen better by the intense sunlight and high humidity. They are picked by hand and dried in the open air.
